John is an absolute boss. He was super responsive on text and could schedule an urgent appointment with me right away. He was patient as I had to return to Home Depot to get a missing part, and installed the new deadbolt with ease.

I went to check the safe for my family’s passports as we were set to travel internationally in the following days. I hit the first number on the safe and it died. That’s when I realized the battery compartment was inside the safe… dumb! John came out within the hour of me calling. He got all my needed documents out safely and saved me hundreds of dollars with educating me on key replacement for the safe. He made sure to clean up all trash and debris from getting into the safe.
